Priyanka Chopra Seeks Spirituality

Looks like Priyanka Chopra is seeking spirituality! The Bollywood actress has been spotted attending different religious events and festivals lately.




The other day the "Dostana" star was in Rajasthan for the Dargah Sharif Ajmer, the burial site of the Muslim saint Khwaja Moin-ud-din Chishti. Every year people from all faiths and origins come to pay respect to the saint at this massive complex that includes numerous mosques. It is said that those who visit Dargah Sharif Ajmer will get all their wishes fulfilled so as a gesture of gratitude, it is customs to offer a chaddar, or cover. And Priyanka is no exception! She carried a huge, red cover on her head as she entered the premises.



And as if one religion wasn’t enough, the "Pyaar Impossible" actress also visited a Gurudwara, or a place of Sikh worship, at Chakala in Andheri East on the occasion of the Guru Parva. Dressed in a green salwar kameez , Priyanka posed for photographers and bowed down to pray as masses of devotees looked on. She also seized the opportunity to say a few words on this holy occasion before taking in a musical performance.

Kareena Kapoor to Represent Sony Vaio's 'Size Zero' Laptops

We have all heard of size zero models but size zero laptops? Yep, you better believe it folks! Sony Vaio is coming out with a new series of super thin "Size Zero" laptops and who better to represent the brand than super thin Bollywood beauty Kareena Kapoor?

The "3 Idiots" star is no stranger to endorsing products. She is already the face of Garnier shampoo and Globus fashion, and now she has moved on to computers! And being a size zero is not something that Kareena is ashamed of. She said that "I think in India, size zero means being slim. Every girl wants to be really slim and I think I am quite slim. India's size zero is associated with me and I am proud of that."



So we guess it only makes sense for the "Kurbaan" actress to sign a deal with Sony Vaio’s for the tiny laptops! "I only lend my name to a brand that is suitable to my personality type. Vaio X is slim, stylish and sexy, something that I easily relate with," she insisted.

Promo: 'Ali Maula' From 'Kurbaan'

Renzil D'Silva’s new thriller "Kurbaan" is set to his theaters at the end of the year but we have already showed you two trailers along with the bloody and controversial posters of on and off-screen couple Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan.




The film, which was shot in Philadelphia and in some parts of Brooklyn in the U.S., is about an undercover terrorist, played by Saif Ali Khan, and his wife, played Kareena Kapoor. Saif Ali Khan becomes a suave gentleman to hide his cover as an international terrorist.



The track behind the trailer, "Ali Maula," is an emotional song with Urdu lyrics and Sufi sounds performed by Salim Merchant.

The pretty pair came to the U.S. in September to give their first ever TV interview together to daytime television star host Oprah Winfrey. They were spotted later that month in Mumbai celebrating the religious festival Karwa Chauth a day on which many women, and sometimes men, fast and pray for the well-being and prosperity of their partner. But the cute couple has also been working side by side, shooting a TV commercial for Lux Soap.

Sonam Kapoor may not be happily married yet, but she is joyfully enjoying her career! The "Delhi-6" star's bod has been a hot topic in B-town lately, but look at her sizzle on October’s cover of People; no lbs overload here! So what’s Sonam’s secret to looking so good? Well we think it has to do with eating right. Sonam, who is currently shooting her new movie "Aisha" in Delhi, recently talked about her on-set cravings: "We’re shooting nights currently. And there are no places to go to that late. I wish I could just go eat. I want to have some food. I know statement that Sanjay Leela Bhansali told me that I look like an Ajanta cave and that I shouldn’t lose my curves. But yeh Delhi hai mere yaar, I want to eat good food!"

Trailer: 'Three Idiots'

A few weeks ago, director Rajkumar Hirani released a teaser poster for his upcoming film "Three Idiots," which spawned some reactions with audiences who wanted to know what the film is about. There were three promos made for the movie, but the director can only choose one to show everybody. Actor Aamir Khan who stars in the film and producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra were among the crew to help the director decide which promo was going to go up first. All three of them had an argument on which of the three promos was going to premiere first since they all had different choices! But in the end, they made up and were convinced which one was going to be shown first, so congrats to them! Spotted: Hrithik Roshan and Mallika Sherawat in Beverly Hills

Well, well, well! It looks like someone spotted Bollywood stars Hrithik Roshan and Mallika Sherawat in Beverly Hills as they left a hotel and got into their limo. Also spotted was Hrithik's father, Rakesh Roshan, who was with them at the time. Mallika thanked the paparazzi for showing up as she got into the car. Why are these two stars in Beverly Hills? Perhaps Mallika and Hrithik happened to be there by coincidence or maybe some meeting took place? Last time we saw these two in California was when Mallika promoted her film "Hissss" and endorsed her own milkshake while Hrithik was there last year to shoot his upcoming release "Kites." Ranbir Kapoor to Channel Charlie Chaplin in New Movie

Well we all know that Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor likes to dress up and play different characters!



In Rajkumar Santoshi’s romantic comedy "Ajab Prem Ki Ghajab Kahani," Ranbir went through a radical makeover, leaving his usual good looks for a very nerdy and boring appearance, wearing a pair of gigantic glasses and flat, greasy hair.



In Shimit Amin’s new comedy "Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year," Ranbir rocks a completely different look. This time, he grows a beard and a sports the traditional Sikh turban.


And now it turns out that the "Wake Up Sid" star is set to channel his idol and legendary filmmaker Charlie Chaplin in "Ajab Prem Ki Ghajab Kahani." To prepare for the Chaplin inspired movie sequence, Ranbir apparently studied the famous funny man’s films and did a lot of research to get the look right.




Wow! Looks like this B-town star will stop at nothing to get into character!

Jacqueline Fernandes and Ritesh Deshmukh from Sujoy Ghosh’s new movie "Aladin" spread some love yesterday at the Opp Phoenix Mills in Mumbai and we mean literally! Jacqueline, who plays Jasmine, and Ritesh, who plays Aladin, helped paint the Opp Phoenix Mills walls with words of kindness and love as they were in town to promote the Bollywood rendition of the classic tale.




"Aladin" tells the story of Aladin Chatterjee who grows up an orphan in a fantasy-like small town called Khwaish. He is constanlty bullied by school mates who make fun of him and force him to rub lamps in the hopes of seeing a genie appear. One day, a beautiful girl named Jasmine comes to his college as an exchange student from the U.S. Aladin falls in love with her immediately but so does his biggest bully Kasim. But on Aladin’s birthday something strange happens and the movie all of a sudden takes a magic turn.

We already told you about when the "Jail" cast decided to celebrate Diwali in a Delhi prison as part of the film’s promotion. Well now it’s time to check out some pretty dark preview posters from Madhur Bhandarkar’s new movie about the life of an innocent man behind bars.




Neil Nitin Mukesh plays Parag Dixit, a guy with a good life, a great job and an adorable girlfriend, Mansi, played by Mugdha Godse. One day, after a series of unlucky events, he wakes up in prison. While claiming his innocence, Parag tries to adapt to his life in jail and makes a friend, Nawab, played by Manoj Bajpayee. Nawaab is the only one who believes Parag’s story.

In a very conventional promotional fashion, Bollywood big shot Amitabh Bachchan met with journalists yesterday to talk about his new movie "Aladin."




Sujoy Ghosh’s Bollywood remake of the classic story has already tried to keep the buzz going around the movie with all kinds of promotional stunts. Recently, Riteish Deshmukh, who plays Aladin in Sujoy and Jacqueline Fernandez, who plays his bride Jasmine, were asked to create three new Baskin Robbins Aladin Ice Cream Flavors inspired by their characters in the comedy flick.



But yesterday it was Big B’s turn to discuss the film the old fashion way! To Amitabh, who plays the Genie, Aladin is "a contemporary version of the old tale." In fact, the star added, "the only thing in common with the old tale is the name." So what can we expect from this B-town rendition of the old movie that hits theaters on October 30?



"Aladin is not Aladdin," revealed Amitabh. "He is Aladin Chatterjee. The other students make fun of him because of his name and ask him to rub lamps but nothing works, until one day."

Katrina Kaif on the Cover of Vogue India

Bollywood babe Katrina Kaif is currently shooting her new movie "De Dana Dan" with Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty and Sameera Reddy. But working on Priyadarshan’s comedy, which is set to hit theaters on November 27, wasn’t going to stop the "Blue" cameo girl from gracing the cover of next month’s Vogue India!




The November issue is a wedding special edition and who better to represent glam and love than the lovely Katrina Kaif in a purple sequinned Chanel Haute Couture dress?

So does the fact that Katz agreed on gracing the wedding special cover mean that the glitzy star is thinking of marriage? Or did the "New York" actress get inspired by all the wedding planners, caterers, florists and invitation designers inside the magazine? Well, not so fast!



Katrina recently told The Times of India that all the rumors surrounding her relationship with "Wanted" star Salman Khan don’t affect her. "I don’t react to hearsay," she said.
