Archana Nair is the winner of Miss Kerala 2009.  Geethu Christie is the first runner up of Miss Kerala 2009 and Bonny Mary Mathew is Second Runner up in Miss Kerala 2009. The other subtitles selected in Miss Kerala 2009 are Miss Beautiful Hair,  Miss Beautiful Skin, Miss Beautiful Eyes, Miss Beautiful Smile, Miss Perfect Ten,  Miss Photogenic,  Miss Congeniality and Miss Talented.
